Crew Profiles
Owner
Shane Brentwood has owned federations in the past, but none quite like the XCW. His first organization was the TCW (Texas Championship Wrestling) and lasted an entire two years before falling to another brand in the same area in 2002. Shane opened the XCW knowing that his skills needed work, but decided to sign many of his family member's up as a way to show that this was a family business. Shane, no matter how he may come off to the fans, is a fair and un-bias owner that wants nothing more than the Superstar's of the XCW to go beyond greatness and become ledgends in the biz!
Announcer
Trent Brentwood is Shane's younger brother and has been working as an announcer since the old TCW days when Shane was nothing more than a struggling fed owner. Trent is very highly respected and promises to stick with the company for as long as he can.
Ringside Commentators
Matt Peterson is a former TCW relations agent that went into commentating to better observe the newer talent in the XCW, but never realized he'd be such a major part in the booth. Matt is you're "call it like you see it" individual and usually sticks up for the faces!
Devin Douglas got his job after retiring from the ring at TCW's last show in 2002 and signed up with Shane Brentwood's new federation, XCW, as a commentator. Devin uses many of his heel aspects while calling a match and usually stands behind the man or men that the crowd doesn't get along with.
Interviewers
Justin Young is referee Wayne Young's slightly older brother who was hired strictly for his hard hitting questions to the wrestlers. Justin isn't afriad to ask questions that some won't touch with some of the more tempered wrestler's in the XCW.
Christine Brentwood is Daddy's little girl and wife of referee, Josh Parker. Aside from being a member of the Brentwood Family, Christine is also one of the Interviewer's in the XCW. She's kind and warmhearted, but also asks the great questions to the Superstars.
Referees
Carl Brentwood is the senior official, the XCW's personal Earl Hebner, without the baldness! Carl is one of the eldest of the Brentwood fmaily that's tied in with XCW and was given the job after he injuried his wrist in a minor car accident in late '99.
Micheal Lane is a former TCW referee who knows most of the tricks your average dirty wrestler uses. A man in his mid 30's, Micheal has called many great Championship matches in his day.
Josh Parker is one of the younger referee's. Josh was brought in to the XCW by Shane Brentwood due to the fact that Josh is his son-in-law and needed a well paying job. Parker may be the smallest ref out of them all, but he is one of the quickiest in the biz.
Chip Wilkins is the second youngest of the ref's and has had some drinking problems in the past. Shane Brentwood awarded Chip with a job as a referee when he couldn't quite cut it as a wrestler in TCW.
Wayne Young is a man in his late 20's and calls it right down the middle. Wayne has called many great XCW matches, but is known well for his enforcement of the rules and un-bias standpoint.
