One profile per person here at ToM, if you have other charactor cool but use them in Fanfic don't post them in the RP profiles, those Profiles are meant for the mewtwo that you yourself play as a main charactor.....hmmm...I'm going to post that now as a rule cause i thought that is how ppl would do things (sorry my bad i'll fix my mistake) >_\\
and MMM AJ, God damnit man....you totaly messed up the Profile topic....please remove the profiles, so that you have one in the profiles topic.
People chose which profile you want to keep and remove the rest!!

Dude, don't have a cow or anything!
This is the reason why I kept bothering people in the chat about any specific unspoken rules in the RP board, so that I wouldn't piss anyone off by doing something like this. I asked about 6 different people, and they never said anything helpful. So before you go overboard like that and post a somewhat humiliating public post for everyone to see, I would ask that you please deal with these matters in a private message, such as e-mail or an ezboard note. You could have announced this new rule in the profile thread generally without singling me out in an extremely embarassing fashion.

Excuse me Leon but I don't know of any rule stating that you only have to have one RP character. If someone uses two or three characters a lot, surely they should be allowed to post about them too. Fair enough, if someone has many characters then they shouldn't bother posting their profiles, but people with a few, well used characters can post what they are like so others can read about them and get an idea of their past, appearance and so on.
Oh, and MMM does have a point, it's not very nice to be singled out on a public post, try mailing him, or talking to him in chat before resorting to a public message. Thanks.

Leon, i have read through the rules again and again, and i never saw a single rule against posting multiple characters in the RP profile page. If i am wrong, fine, show me proof. give a link to the page that shows posting multiple characters is wrong. EVERYONE has multiple characters! Also, all of the characters MMM has put in the profile are being used in two of the ONLY active RPs. if you enforce this stupid rule, then those will be cancelled! If you keep this up, the Temple is going to fall apart again.

The Temple won't fall apart over something so small Zeph, it's just a misunderstanding I think. The most that will happen is that this topic will be moved to the flame zone I suppose.

The "RP Profile" topic is to be used for the characters that you will most likely use in the RPs...MMM your post that took about 15 seconds to scroll through irritated me a little...All your fanfic characters can be posted in the fanfic area...and If you use them in a RP we know who/what they are...

Ok ok >_\\ listen i may of let one or two slide by but it is ture, MMM, you put way to many profile and it crowds up the topic. Please pick one and keep it, the rest you'll have to remove....

Seriously, I don't mind removing those profiles, I think it was a reasonable request and that you had good reason to be upset.
But when you made it into a public humiliation, that's what has bothered me. It would have been very easy for you to have e-mailed me or sent me an ezboard note before taking it publicly. I would have gladly removed the chars when you asked me privately, and you could have announced the new rule on the profile thread without mentioning me in particular. This is why I can't understand why you made it public so early, it just seems to me that you wanted to humiliate me. I would not do this kind of thing to you because I have respect for you.
So to make it clear, removing the characters was not the problem, the fact that you went public before asking me privately was both completely embarassing and totally unnecessary.
