Johnny, Come On Down
The TV-Tron lights up as an image of a massive man, with his back to camera, appears. He is standing in the locker room, looking into a locker that is labeled, The Assassin. The crowd begins to boo, remembering the things that he had done last week, turning on them. The Assassin turned around, and looked straight into the camera. He walked away from it and walked out the door, and headed down the hall, headed in the direction of the ramp entrance. The fans begin to cheer even more as they see the image of the Assassin making his way to the ramp. Then the TV-Tron turns off, and so do the lights. “Suffocate” by Motograter begins to play over the PA-System. As the static dies out and the music explodes through the amps, fire explodes, engulfing the ramp with flames. The fans begin to boo even louder as they see the Assassin standing on the stage. They see their champion right before their own eyes as he begins to make his way down the ramp. They begin to chant his name as he slowly walks down the ramp, taking in all the sweet sounds of music and chants. He walks right up to the ring and stops for a moment. He then makes a single leap up onto the ring apron. The Assassin pauses for a moment, and then he climbs over the top rope and into the ring. The Assassin then immediately heads to the opposite side of the ring, and signals for the microphone. A ring hand politely gives him a microphone and the Assassin grasps it within his large fists. He then makes his way into the center of the ring and begins to smile slightly. The fans continue to chant his name as the music cuts and the Assassin raises the microphone to his mouth.
Assassin: Well, well, well, once again another man can not come across with the promise of taking me out. You see, Anarchy said that last Monday would be my last appearance, yet I stand here, with only one loss in XCW History, and that loss has not occurred since before the reopening of this company. You see, The Assassin is back, and better then ever, and he has returned to the main event. Last week, I pulled through and escaped the cage, and this week, I will take out Johnny Zen in the main event once again.
The fans begin to boo as the Assassin begins to parade around the ring, confident that he can not be beaten. He lowers the microphone as he continues to taunt the fans. He then raises it once more to his mouth.
Assassin: You see, I am the greatest wrestler in the XCW today, and I will be the first XCW World Champion. The others can have their Exile Championship and whatever other titles there are out there. You see, because I don’t aim for the bronze or the silver, I aim for the gold, and when the final match of the tournament goes down, I will once again be in it, I will be in the main event three weeks in a row, and once again, I will win. Yet, that enough for the final match of the tournament, because I have a match this week against Johnny Zen, who won last week to advance to this round. All I have to say Johnny is, you don’t stand a chance, and I’ll prove it. You probably don’t even have the balls to come down to this ring and face me, face to face. You’ll probably stay back there and just wait until Jensen forces you to come down to this ring. So, you know what, I’m gonna let the producers in the back send us to a commercial break, and when the break ends, I expect to see you on that stage, heading down to this ring. So, Zen, you have approximately five minutes to make your way from the locker room to this stage, have fun.
