Metal God's
The sound of thousands of marching machines echoed through the streets. This was the sound he had ever known, this was the sound he ever wanted to hear. The sky had since long turned dark from all the burning cities, and the screams of the dying had since long been silenced. The seas had turned into miles of burning infernos after it Had been infected whit millions of gallon of oil. This was his goal, this was his intention, and this was what the prophecy promised. To finally pure the planet from all who would oppose what was his right from birth. But what did now remain? What was now left to do? He turned his head toward the sky and tried to pierce through the endless pyres of clouds. A single star blinked for a few seconds through the thick armor of ashes. And for a few seconds it was silent, the machines had all been loaded now, the ground started to shake and rumble as the gigantic ships started to lift. The stars he thought, would be his as well...

This is just a sneak preview of my upcoming fic; ''Metal Gods'', Hope you will enjoy it.

It sounds interesting, can't wait to read it. ^^ Though pardon my slowness, what is the story about exactly and who will be the main character? If thats something you want to keep to yourself for the moment, i understand.
