Mewtwo is a legendary Pokemon, not to mention he was artificially created, so he probably does not have a penis. and Mewtwo isn't really male or female either, although his voice is definitely male. therefore if you were somehow sexually attracted to Mewtwo(which is MESSED UP YOU FREAKS), there's not much you could do.

Mewtwo, great as he is, isn't classified as a Legendary Pokemon, because a)he's unknown, and b)hasn't existed long enough (Giovanni is the same Giovanni when Mewtwo is born and grown) to warrant recognition by whatever authority deems a pokemon as a Legendary Pokemon. Mew is legendary, but Mew is natural and has been around a long time.
Why would being a genetic construct devoid him of sex? We all know how freakishly difficult it was to create him in the first place, because his genes are very complicated. Last time I checked, complicated organisms are sexual, not asexual.
A factor you might bring up is that Mew's being legendary means Mew always was, and has no need of reproduction, so a *clone* shouldn't either. A strong claim, yes, but begs too much question, as we have no idea if Legendary Pokemon are individuals or breeds. Alright, assume Mew is always. Mewtwo wouldn't be, because in creating him, the scientists surely had to compromise that amount of perfection. To be always is a perfection. An less perfection cannot beget a greater perfection. A clone can only be near equal in genetic perfection as its parent at best, otherwise it's less perfect. As stated before, the only reckoning scientists can give for producing a genetically complicated organism is through sexuality, not asexuality. It's evident the lacking in Mewtwo's genome calls for the "fill-in-the-blanks" that sexuality, not asexuality, brings.

............................yeah so why is Mewtwo, well, Mewtwo? he was the result of an attempt to clone Mew, so obviously the scientists screwed up, otherwise they would have created a new Mew. so how did they mess up, just a simple matter of cloning imperfection?

Actually, it was not a cloning imperfection or mutation. Mewtwo came out looking the way he did because the scientists altered the DNA. They were shooting for an improved version of Mew, not an exact copy. And now, to the original topic of this thread: Mewtwo is indeed VERY hot.

*purrs* quite true, Mewtwo is a major hottie. Not sure if it's the badass attitude he has when he's first introduce or the somewhat tamer one he has in his second movie appearance (probably both) but there's just this energy about him that draws you in. Obviously or else we wouldn't be here eh? ^_^;

Uh actually Dittos are supposed to change everything about their appearance, it was just one of them in the series that didn't. And Dittos are probably just a simple structured like creature, big globs of DNA encased with plasma or something, hence the used bubblegum look. lol (just felt like adding my two cents there).

I have a few things to say. First of all, being scientific, it's impossible for him to not have a penis. Creatures need to get rid of waste fluid in the body or it'd be like polluting themselves, they'd die without, I'm sure. His gender just hasn't been identified by anyone, anyone looking down there wouldn't see anything maybe, prehaps it's held within the body for protective uses ( like during battles ) until it's needed but that doesn't mean it doesn't exsist.
